shipping policy


For all merchandise that is in stock, the delivery business days will be as follows:

  • Península: 2 a 3 días hábiles.

  • Baleares: 3 a 6 días hábiles.

  • Internacional Estándar/ Europa: 3 a 7 días hábiles.

  • Resto del mundo: 5 a 9 días hábiles.

*All merchandise that is out of stock may take from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product.

Returns & Exchanges

If upon receiving the order you are not satisfied, you have a period of one month to return it, counting from the date of receipt.


You can only exchange the item for the same item in a different size. If what you want is a change of product, we recommend making a return and a new order, to facilitate the work in the store.


In case of return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed, except for the return of a product that has arrived defective.

Item must be returned new, unused, and within 30 days of receipt.

In the event that it appears damaged due to poor packaging during transport, your return may not be accepted. We recommend using the same shipping packaging.


The guarantee does not cover the wear and tear caused by the use of the products or the bad practice that is made of them, without attending to the *Recommendations for use.

The client, as a consumer and user, is granted guarantees on the products that are marketed, in the legally established terms for each type of product, responding, therefore, for the lack of conformity of the same that is manifested within the period of two years from the delivery of the item.

We have a maintenance service, if necessary, which can be accessed by writing to the email on our website, in which we will assess the sanitation you want to do on your piece.

We are not responsible for possible allergies that the products may cause. All materials and our bathrooms or veneers are perfectly detailed on our website.
